These are hand thrown on the pottery wheel in 100% Te Huruhi Bay clay and adorned with Rangihoua slip. All uku has been hand harvested and processed.
When fired Rangihoua changes to a rich red tone, layering texture on the cream body of the Te Huruhi uku tumbler. These tumblers have been glazed with our bespoke muka glaze which is a rich cream colour. They are perfectly imperfect with a full wild look.
These are a stout tumbler, around 7.5cm tall and 8cm wide.
