Hand thrown on the potters wheel in brutalist clay and doubled dipped in bespoke Māwhero glaze.
Māwhero is pink in te reo Māori, this glaze is a stain glaze, a true dark pink with a wonderfully rich contrast agents the clay. The brutalist clay is a hard waring clay, that has a light feel and concrete look.
Small mugs are a stour version of our mugs, at around 6-6.5cm tall and 9cm wide.
All Thea ceramics are hand made so sizes and colours do vary. They are dishwasher safe and are intended for everyday use.
